Homecraft Division 2004

September 10 & 11, 2004 - 164th Year

 

Rules

Please use only the Aberfoyle Fall Fair Tags.

Tags are available from the Secretary by mail before the fair, or from the office on September 10, 2004 when you bring in your entries.

Entries will be received Friday September 10, 2004 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please bring your entries to the Puslinch Community Centre in Aberfoyle, with your completed entry form.

Be sure all entries are tagged, that all food entries are appropriately covered (plastic wrap, plastic bags) or, in the case of canning entries, sealed and labelled, and that loose items are securely attached. Tables are provided for your convenience. Blank tags are available before the Fair - phone the secretary to have them mailed to you.

When filing your entry sheet with the secretary, please be sure to get an exhibitors pass to allow you re-entry to the building Saturday evening between 4:30 and 5:30 PM. For security reasons, only exhibitors with passes will be allowed admittance at that time..

No Exhibits will be accepted after 5:00 PM Friday.

The hall is closed to the public after 5:00 PM while the judging takes place.

All exhibits must remain on display until 4:30 PM the day of the Fair.

You must pick up your entries between 4:30 and 5:30 pm Saturday evening Fair Day Please remember to pick up your exhibits promptly

Retained winning Baking entries may be collected Saturday evening between 4:30 and 5:30 PM from the Baking Committee.

Lost or mislaid items will be stored with the secretary for a reasonable length of time - for information please call Dorothy Grasett at 766-4339.

PLEASE NOTE: All specials won in the Homecraft Division are to remain within a 300 kilometer radius, and may not be won by the same person two years in succession.
