Fair Market

Rules:
There are three sections identified as Fair Market, Commercial and Informational:
Fair Market consists of individuals who sell products such as crafts, decorations, and foods such as canning, preserves and pies,
Commercial displays are for companies with retail or commercial products available for sale
Informational displays are either Agricultural (i.e. OMAFRA) or non-agricultural (i.e. service club).
Concessions - For sale of foods intended for immediate consumption, i.e. french fries, coffee, hot dogs,- please see section below.
Fees: Fair Market - inside green shed $20 (approx. 8 foot space)
outside green shed $20 (10 foot space)
Commercial- outside green shed $20 (10 foot space)
Information - agricultural - no charge - non-agricultural - $20
A limited number of tables are available for inside displays. These must be requested at time of booking and are on a first come, first served basis.
There is no electricity available inside or outside the Green Shed.
Interested parties should communicate with the Secretary before September 1, 2002. In the event that too many display applications are received, the Fair Directors will determine space allocation based on the best interests of the Fair and the Society.
Concessions

Concessions are operations selling mainly foodstuffs intended for immediate consumption such as hot dogs, french fries, sandwiches, muffins and coffee. Specific locations have been identified for concession booths to be set up and operated. There are two (2) locations available for operation Friday during the Mini Tractor Pull and all day Saturday during the Fair - one at each end of the bleachers - Fee $150. Additionally there is a location available on the Fair day outside the end wall of the Green Shed- Fee $50. Multiple vendors may set up in a row outside the Community Centre on the grassy area to the left of the patio - Fee $50. Applications for space should be received by August 1, 2004. In the event that too many concession applications are received, the Fair Directors will determine space allocation based on the best interests of the Fair and the Society.
